Got it SC!
I plan on calling you when I know for sure what the plan at my Sister in laws house is.
For me, I know I'll be ready for first chair but I don't know what they do and am sort of at their mercy. If I knew for sure where their house is in relation to you, I'd have you pick me up and let them come later.
Any way.......they may be eager for first chair too. I will definitely call you!

Cool! I drove by the Basin today (taking my 'summer car' out to charge the battery!) and it was jammin'! Well, the parking lot was jammin', I didn't see a ton of people on the slopes. It was easily in the 60s there, so as others have said, the earlier, the better (snow, that is!)!

Sc, what phone service do you have? I only get servie at top of Pali and on East Wall. Enjoy the spring skiing everybody. I did my last day of the year yesterday. Had my annual goodbye beer and toast to yet another fine year of skiing.

Dang, I have to go to my brother and nephew/godson's birthday in DC this weekend, or I would have been tempted to hop a plane.

Have a great time and let us know how it goes.

I got an airline ticket to Denver for a weekend of skiing!

I'll be skiing with my sister-in-law and her husband, but would love to meet up with any bears who may be up for a few grins!

Now, how do I get out of the doghouse for missing Mothers Day with my mom?
I truly can't believe that you are coming on a weekend when I am booked wall-to-wall.

Enjoy yourself, and take pictures...

I made an attempt at looking his number up in the phone book, but Colorado, Bobbarnes wasn't there

Actually, I didn't find it in the phone books at my sister in laws house and had hoped I'd see him on the slopes, it just didn't happen.
I had a great time and will definitely visit A-Basin next season!

You need to look in the Witner Park phone book. That's the one he's in!

I didn't happen to have a WinterPark phone book handy, so I'm guessing that's why I didn't find his name in any of the other books I checked.
I think he was trying to be polite but really was hoping to avoid me, when he posted this..........

I won't be able to join you on Saturday, but I expect to ski Sunday. I'll keep my eyes out for you.

Give me a call when you get into town--my number's in the book. Remember that cell phones are virtually useless at Arapahoe Basin.

See ya there!

Best regards,
Bob

Hmm, that's interesting -- I have the 2007 Summit County phone book right here, and I see Bob's number -- there's one entry for Robert Barnes in Silverthorne.

She had the Greater Denver area, and two others that Didn't say summit county on them. I just dunno. All I know is I skied, had fun and the only thing that would have made it better was meeting bears.

faisasy, Next time I ski with you!!!!!

BTW
SSH told me a while ago that he'd ski with me any time I made it to A Basin. Even he let me down
(psst, just playing with you Ssh I know it was a tough weekend with mothers day)
