No, you put your daughter on great skis. Regardless of the graphics, even flowers, that makes you an awesome parent, not a gaper.
Hey Phil, I kind of agree with you, would you please drop it already? I did not tell my son what graphics are ok and what are not ok. I listened to his take on things. You might want to re-read post #8 -- "My kid told me he doesn't like the machine-gun graphics." If he wanted the PE, or if it was the ONLY good ski on earth, I'd have bought it already and passed whatever test you guys seem to be posing here.
I couldn't care less if you come back to call me a gaper. My own kids, who are what count here, think I'm doing OK. The younger two have been on Atomic or Fischer race skis since their second season (first was on rentals). And I've gotten a tele setup for one of the younger, who's interested in that now after getting into it at Mad River this winter. My older daughter, who's less aggressive, has been on one of the higher end Dynastar Exclusive women's skis. All in professionally fitted boots.
So if you have issues, please talk to YOUR daddy.
