Here's the link to it on TGR. It has over 30 pictures in it, and I'm honestly too lazy to break it up into different posts here.

that's some pretty awesome luck for mid april! I was in JH last month and things were pretty much shutting down, with the bottom half of the mtn closed. I'm jealous... the only thing I'm not jealous about are those nasty core shots.... I did that to a pair of skis this year early season, but they were (fittingly) rock skis. That blows.

Thanks for the tr, looks like y'all had a good time- excellent!

DoubleD...nice pan shots. H-uva's core shot looks
about as gruesome as some of those broken bone X-Rays I’ve seen on this site:

HAHA. My endurance was great for the rock climbing competition on Saturday, so I did benefit from the trial by fire of skiing with you guys. I didn't have to rest at all on most routes. (5.11s excepted : )

I hope I can make it next year. This trip was VERY cheap for me, thanks to your ticket hookups, heluva's lodging, and a frequent flier ticket. If I can find a similar situation next year, definitely. (Anyone have floor space a year from now? )

In general I try to get out during my March spring break though, better chance of good snow. Hopefully I can do both.

Great TR DD223. The trip was a blast. I am already thinking about how we will arrange it next year. The LGC crew was a lot of fun to ski with. My dad really enjoyed meeting everyone too. I suspect he will want to do it again too - so everyone, start making plans for next year.

We are thinking about getting some Four-Packs or A-Basin Bonus Passes in anticipation for next year (possibly making more than one trip). We really enjoyed skiing out there, especially since so many people from Epic were able to join us on the snow and for dinner in the evenings. You would have a great time skiing with us Lars; definitely consider joining up with us next season. Make sure you bring two pairs of skis... because you never know what could happen... :

As a side note (LGC Plug), LGCIII was a great event. I hope that in the future we are able to have an even larger turnout than we had this year. I plan on doing everything in my power to attend again. Our format for each day seemed to be hard charging in the morning and then taking it easy on groomers in the afternoon so I was able to get to ski with everyone (usually split into two groups - one that wanted to ski harder terrain, and one that preferred mild terrain at a slower pace).

I'm all set with the season pass Greg and will have some means to get you some discounted ticks. Right now, you can pick up an Abasin pass with some perks attached to it for less than $300. I believe it has four days of Breck-Keystone built into it as well as one Vail day. A great deal.

Great TR DD Brought back memories of a couple of weks ago. Especially the hike atop the Imperial Express. Did a loop up there twice, and then capped it of with a couple of runs down Upper/Lower Psychopath.

Great Pic's
