Help identifying jacket

Hello

New here and wanted to see if anyone knows the make of this jacket. Actor Don Johnson is wearing it in Aspen in a photo from 1991. Any leads on a make? The logo is barely visible on the front chest and side sleeve.

Also, any advice on wear to find vintage ski jackets, and other forums/sites appropriate for searching for them?

Thanks!

Odd, I can see the image fine. Edited my post with a new link to the picture. Thanks for letting me know, though.

Even for 1991 that is a pretty gay jacket

Big, puffy, overpriced Bogner probably...

not to diss your sense of fashion, but why in heck's name would you want that jacket?

do you harbor an unrequited fetish to be just like Don Johnson?

do you wish to ski like Don Johnson?

as for "vintage" i'd hardly call a jacket from 1991 vintage. If you were talking about something from the 1968 olympics, maybe vintage, but not 1991.

personally, and this coming from a cat who wears 2005 Hana Teter mocha plaid with pink inlay snowboard pants with a burnt orange sweater (an outfit almost unanimously claimed "damn, that's an ugly a$$ outfit" at LGC3 just recently), you can do much better than that jacket.

many modern companies like Volcom, Predator, and Fate make great gear that's fashionable by today's standards.

i don't think you need to dip into the Don Johnson exiting rehab fashionista motif to be hit on the hill, but then that's just my humble opinion.

did anyone else notice that DJ's jacket has 3 (three!) collars?

what in tarnation do you need 3 (three!) collars for?

that alone is making me REALLY want this jacket afterall...

I think, in this context, that the definition of "vintage" is, approximately, "Why in heck's name would you want that?"

By that definition, it's vintage. As recognized in the later post, sometimes you want something just because you don't.

Good call on the three collars.
Note also the cigarette casually carried in a gloved hand, so as to leave the bare hand free for hair care.
