Has anyone had any experience with these skis? Is it a decent high speed carver? How does it compare with the S12 (fusion or flat)? What other makes might it be comparable to?
Thanks for any help.
The S10 is alot more forgiving than the S12 Fusion-it has good high-speed stability, but isn't in the league of the S12. It would probably be more along the lines of a K2 Axis XT/Fischer RX9 stability (one notch below the top stability you will find in a S12, 6-Star, SX11 ect). It has been very popular with our customers-we sold out of the S10 very early in the season. The S10 is as versatile as the S12, but seems more tolerant of mistakes-the S12 can get away from you if you tend to get in the backseat. Our regional rep freeskis the S10 more than the S12, because he finds the S12 more demanding that he likes-the S10 is more relaxed while still a stable, fun carver.
