Depends on a few things. I usually expect to get about 100 days out of wood core ski before it's pretty lifeless and it gets relegated to rock ski status. While someone with good technique in the park should get a lot of life out of their skis, landing in the backseat and slapping the tips or coming down particularly hard on rails will definitely cause them to lose life and speed up delamination. Most guys who are skiing park exclusively get under 50 days on a pair of skis before they're thrashed from hard landings and errant screws sticking out of boxes and rails.

A year maybe two, if you can pick up a cheap pair of twins for when your sliding alot of rails. Helps to keep the wear repairable on your good boards.

In America - one season. The graphics are changed out each year and as consumers we are expected to upgrade. Plus these are toys and new toys work much better, and are much more shiney, than old toys.
