Pics of the K2 Enemies, please... I wanna see the condition...
Would you say these are a good size for a 5'9" 135lb person.. I'm pretty fit, but the longest skies I've skied have been 160cm.

I will take some pictures this evening and post them later tonight.

They should ski for you just fine. I am only 145 pounds and 5' 10"!

Feel free to AIM/MSN me with more questions.

Are they more All-mountain or park/pipe?
How do they compare to Public Enemies?

I'm thinking of replacing my Escape 5500s, but I'll need something that will work on most conditions (except powder) in the East. How stiff are these?

Anyone can chime in.. doesn't have to be MontanaSnow... Just trying to justify spending the cash to buy another set of skis... (My GF is going to KILL me!)

These are the predecessor to the pubic enemies (obviously) and were designed to be great in the parks and a viable all mountain option. I have skied them all over the west and found no problems skiing within their designed range (i.e. don't go jumping out of copter to ski backcountry).

To be honest, they are my favorite ski's and I will miss them - just promise they are going to a good home

I'm trying to sell my other twin tips to a co-worker (Salomon 720) to get these.... my fingers are crossed... after he gets back to me i'll give you a heads up... how many seasons/days are on them? Believe me... They'll have a good home and I guarantee I will abuse them a lot less than you do.

My Salomon's have about a dozen days on them with only a couple small scratches on top sheet and nearly perfect bases.

I put 2 light seasons on them - they have some top layer scratches, but the bases and edges are great. I had it tuned at the end of the season in anticpation of selling them.

If your interested, I would be willing to do a package deal w/ the boots or the other pair of ski's. The other K2's are great for days with the girlfriend or make SUPER loaner ski's!

I already have 3 sets of skis and a wonderful set of boots that were meant to be mine (only used pair in store, only pair i tried on, perfect fit).. I can't get ahold of the guy im trying to sell the twintips i already have to, but i'll find out this weekend and let you know friday. If someone else wants to buy them go ahead and let them though.. there are no guarantees from me yet... I'll let you know on Monday and will be crossing my fingers and praying... Any idea how much the shipping to WV will be approximately?

I will do my shipping through work (a transmission rebuild shop) so I will be using UPS. Since I will get the packaging and boxes there it will be cheaper than doing it at an actual UPS retail location.

I will guess in the neighborhood of 25?

Okie dokie... That'll do for me... I'll let you know for sure on Monday. I promised the my girlfriend I wouldn't buy anymore skis... but she's okay as long as I'm breaking even or profitting (which I will by selling my Salomons for $150).. Like I said though, I'll let you know on Monday... If anyone else wants them, have at them.

Are they there maroon colored ones... dimensions are like 115/78/110 or something like that?

It escapes my mind at the moment - I will check when I get home from work.

Will those skis fit a boot sole 336mm? I'd prefer to not have to get 'em remounted.

I hate to sound ignorant - how would one tell? I had the bindings set up for my dolomites (28.5 sole length/10.5 boot size) and left them alone.

Most likely your boots are around 320-330mm. To find out check on the side of the heel. The shell length should be listed there. If not, check on the boot sole.

Montana - Sorry to take so long to get back to you.. I'm trying to scrounge up the money... I am trying to do a weekend drug study and i SHOULD know tomorrow whether It's a sure thing or not. If it's a sure thing tomorrow, you got a deal... They are giving me a physical tomorrow which requires them to spend money, so I figure I have it... I'm 99% sure, I'll know for sure tomorrow...

I want those skis pretty bad though... thinking about selling a kidney for 'em.
