Boot fitter questions

Thread Starter
I am planning to go see a local boot fitter on Wednesday. He has come well recommended around here. I am going to skiing tomorrow so I have things fresh in my mind before fitting. Was looking for some advice on typical things a fitter might look for so I can pay attention to those areas.

My two main issues are heel lift in my right foot and the feeling that my left foot is tipped or pointed to the left. Or Both! If I lift my right ski I track to the left. So anything else I can try that will exaggerate a problem, such as my one footed skiing? TIA

are you looking for new boots or fixing your own?

tell him what you liked and didn't like on your current, then relax, and let him do his job. both in fit and performance.
