I just picked up my skis that were tuned up. On inspection I noticed around the brake area of one of the skis, that between the metal edge and the topsheet, there are some thin horizontal cracks in the thin layer of white bonding material. This spreads for about 2". The shop assured me it was nothing and that they wouldn't have tuned them otherwise. Is there a risk that water will infiltrate and cause some damage? Anything I should do? Any reason to be alarmed?
