Also, I have a question about bindings: Do you need freestyle bindings or will regular bindings do?
If you shop around and check eBay you should be able to get a pair of the PE's right now for between $ 200-300. If you can beat this price on a pair of the head mojo 90's, and you like the head's better, by all means go for it.
As far as bindings go, you could ski either regular or freestyle bindings, but for the park most people prefer a flat mount (either without the lifter plates or a jib/freestyle binding). Other than the degree of lift, I don't think most freestyle bindings vary much in their manufacture from the regular (ie. same innards).
A lot of people like the old Rossi/Look's due to the elasticity of the turntable style heel which helps to prevent premature release.

If you're going the PE route I think either the 169 or the 174 would be the way to go. If you are planning to do lots of powder or free ski more than the pipe or park then you might even want to go 179.
See if you can demo these so you can dial in the length that works best for you.
