Depends on where you need it remounted. If the old position has holes that don't interfere with the new holes, then anyone can do it, and get it right 99% of the time. If the standard position is not available, then some thinking and knowledge of you, the ski, and your objective with the ski will need to be considered, and having someone experienced will come in handy.
