Ok...this is going to take a little courage to do...but here goes. I want you to go to the womens cosmetics counter at a decent department store.Tell them about your acne problem.
Here is why: Usually, the women who are clerking these cosmetic departments are fairly well trained, and are also familiar with mens products that do the same things as women's products[Usually the mens products are just the same as the women's products except the fragence is a "manly" one.] Mens cosmetics for facail needs [ such as after shaves, a or wrinkle treatment] is a very fast growing segment of the cosmetics industry, and those companies that are the large players are the ones that have been developing and dealing in womens cosmetics for years.
I would imagine that you need a moisturizer that is hyperalergenic [ won't cause negative reactions ] and will not stimulate any acne reactions. The cosmetics experts at your department store can find that product that will protect your skin from drying out due to the cold and wind burn. Also excessive sun and reflective sun can stimulate an acne outbrake. How do I know all this ? Well I have been married to a natural blond, blue eyed lady for many years who has very sensitive skin, including acne issues well into her thirties, so by osmossis you learn things.
It has recently been re-establsihed, that diet DOES effect acne, so lots of carbies, fried foods, and sugary foods effect acne. My wife has always beleived that diet is a very important factor regarding acne outbrakes as is stress. Everyone is different, so it will be up to you to find out what foods to avoid. Soda Pop certainly is bad due to all the sugar and carbonation accellerating the sugar into your blood stream and hence to your face.
