Well, it depends on how you tune 'em and how you ski 'em. There isn't a lot of surface area to spread your mass over, so if they're on edge the psi is greater than a longer ski. However, if you're not centered and "moving properly" be prepared.
The mountain taught me a lesson 2 weeks ago on 150 SL:11's. Third arc into charging a windblasted/gray ice pitch (moderate), I let the outside ski pop out of it's arc just past the fall line and my tailbone is still smarting. I rolled hard onto the inside ski and was just getting back over the skis when I hit a small kicker/roller. Ice+backseat+tail of short ski= rocket man. First backward fall in about 5 seasons, and it hurt like %$#&.
Me - 49, 210#, 6.1. So, there's a data point for ya. They're fun, but can be a handful.
