Pole Size Help

Thread Starter
So I was looking at buying a pair of Goode poles, as my current Tomic poles are heavy by todays standards. I'm 6' tall and my current ones are 48", but I noticed on some sizing charts that I should go with a 50".

Are poles measured differently by manufacturer? I can't find the Goode poles locally, so sizing them in the store is not really an option. Maybe just get the 50" and cut them down if necessary?

Another option is to get the one of the Goode models that has "PHA" or "precision height adjustment". I believe it allows 3 inches of downward adjustment. So you could get the 50 and make it shorter if you need to.
Noe that the PHA is different than the adjustable poles with sliding shafts (which have a tendency to collapse).
