Sorry guys, I don't like to play 'pad the post count' game. Whether or not I'm an idiot is definately open to debate, the jury is still out. At the time of the initail post there WAS more snow here than there. That was the point, a tongue-in-cheek jab at Utah the "land of bottomless snow".
Stay in Mass, ski Wa-wa-chussette. Save up and head back to LCC, it's got the goods. I wouldn't waste my time skiing anywhere else...just Alta. All barking Bears should ski Alta all the time. Why travel anywhere else?
By the way if you live in NY, NJ, PA, or WV you are in the Mid-Atlantic NOT the North East. I know it's confusing...but there is a difference.
Ct55, yeah I got confused, I should have said "N.VT has more snow than every single resort in Utah with the exception of Alta, which has a total of 9" more than Jay." that would have been more 'accurate', sorry for the confusion.
Oh, and as for Brianhead? Season total (today) 186" w/ 60" base...Stowe 246" w/85" at the stake (Snowbird has 89")...does within 4" qualify as "rarely if ever...come close to the base in LCC"? Ouch, that probably hurts, being SO wrong.
