I used them last year to book a trip to Austria. They are a "real" travel agency, but we were not pleased with them at all. It started with trying to book the trip, we had been dealing with one person who went out sick for a week, leaving us wondering what the heck was going on with our package (they might think about creating a system where someone can cover for other people who get sick????) They changed the hotel on us about 2 days before we left, with no phone call or email, just an envelope in the mail with new vouchers for a different hotel. We were not pleased with that at all. The hotel was fine, but the flight and ground transport arrangements were horrendous (4 hours to the resort on a van going there, and 6 hours coming home). Also, the day we were leaving the van was picking us up at 5:00 a.m., so the hotel said they'd have some coffee sent up to our room since they didn't serve breakfast until 8:00. That never happened and there was no one around at all to get anything from. So given that, we weren't very pleased with the hotel after all (no food or drink prior to a 6 hour ride in a van was not our idea of fun.) That day was made even more fun when we got to the airport and Air France decided that they were going to charge us to fly our skis, even though we had a total of one suitcase (for two people!) and one double ski bag. You'd think "world on skis" would book flights with airlines that don't charge extra for skis.
Long story short, we won't use them again. I'd rather pay more than deal with that hassle.
