OTOH do I really need 3 pairs of skis???

1. hard snow - Speed Machine Mach 3 Power
2. all mountain - Top Fuel
3. fatty - Hell Cat?

Hmmmmmm........ What do you think guys?
Oh, and great review Jim! You really have a nice way with words when you review skis!
fwit......number's 1 and 2 are the skis i teach on a winter park. i used to have a jet fuel as a demo and on the days where we got a heavy snow i still preferred the top fuel.

i spend 80% of my time on the mach3power. it is a heck of a ski.

btw both pairs are in superb shape. i didn't mount either till late december. i'll be selling both in late march at a very good price.

if anyone wants to get in line pm me.

I can see why, they are absolute bulldozers! I couldn't be happier with the 2 skis that I have in my quiver right now!

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone have any pics of the new 'Cats. SJ, are they following the same topsheet design as the current HR line?
Yes, the graphics keep the same feel, it's a yellow/goldish color.

The color is listed as Yellow/Chrome, but in the picture I'm looking at they seem to have a slight green tint to them. All the new HRs have a slightly different design look, but still the same idea.

Any chance you can scan that pic and post it here or email it to me?

My 06 Modifieds are made in Slovenia as well...

Nordicas are 'from' Italy but made by Elan, soon to be made in Austria by Blizzard. I think the race stock Nordie's are made by Blossom in Italy.

I am pretty sure you are correct here. I am not sure which Nordies are made by Blossom, but I know some are. Blossom will be making Hart skis, IF they ever get up and running.

I was out with the eastern Hart rep yesterday. Their skis are indeed made by Blossom, as are Vist skis. They ski great, kind of remind me of Stockli's ISO core ski feel.
