Mouting NEOX 412's

OK - so the holes are pre-drilled, the alignment looks straight forward - the question is - what is a Nm? lol NEOX directions say to torque the screws to 4.5 Nm?? What is the equivalent in US ft lbs/inches, special tool required... or ?

Apologies if this should be posted in the Tuning and Maintenance forum...

stands for Newton Meters, a european standard.
Try a search on gooogle for conversion.

In release values for binding tests you will often see the term dNm. This is deca Newton Meters.
Pretty tight performance tolerances!
