Recommended Bindings

Hello:

I just received my brand new rossignol RPM 90 I bought on ebay for $150.

Good deal?

The skis come with a mounting plate with Axial on them, should I purchase Rossi Axial bindings for them or can/should use something else.

Thanks in advance

I don't know how old the RPM 90s are, but in the last year or so, the AXIAL (and perhaps AXIUM as well) style binding has had a change in the hole pattern of the heel. I have been scrambling to buy the older style heels, which are now in demand due to this change.

So it is possible that the AXIAL (or AXIUM) heel you choose may not match the dimples (or pre-drilled) holes in your mounting plate.

You would be wise to bring your skis to the store selling you the bindings in order to avoid any disappointments. I would not buy any bindings on EBAY without first being sure of their compatability with your skis.

Rossignol toes have not changed at all.
