SierraJim: Huge Kudos

My wife decided that she wanted new Krypton Storm boots 4 days before we leave for ESA. I have a few connections at Dalbello but they are completely out of boots in anything remotely near her size. I contected my local rep who did have a pair, but promised to a retail customer to try. As the clock ticks, under advisement I call SierraJim since he carries them. Jim had them in stock, worked with me with a bit of an "Epic" discount with the clock ticking, he missed the UPS guy for Monday but had one of his guys chase him down to get them on the truck and out to me. The boots are now in my hands and Jim went above and beyond anything a shop could do. Thank you for letting me stay married.

If anyone needs anything and are planning on ordering "on-line" you will be doing yourself a diservice if you do not give Jim a call.

…Wow...Philpug’s kudo would look nice in a frame up on the wall of the shop.

Nice!

I always dig SJ's input here on the site (he is often the VoR on threads mired in a sea of confusion), so it's nice to hear that he carries it over into real life situations.

This will be going on the wall, but back in shipping/web sales is where the credit lies. The real credit goes to Beth (webmaster #1), who gave me the fish eye when I tried to get that box OTD after Big Brown was already gone. But she got the driver on his cell phone, found out the remaining stops, and dispatched one of our guys to get it done.

Way to go Jim! No surprise here though, and I'll say the same thing for dawgcatching. Anyone who spends quite a bit of time here providing quality equipment advice like you guys do, is sure to provide great service to your paying customers.
