Clearly the amount of power you can transfer through a tele-boot and binding setup is tremendously different than a full-on alpine setup. I have never seen a tele skier that is concerned with the kinds of high speeds that a longer ski enables either (your results may vary). I think the Mantra is soft enough lenghtwise to make a very nice turning tele ski, but the torsional stiffness combined with a lot of shape is going to mean the equipment is challenged to push it around.
The other consideration is most tele skiers spend more time going uphill than down, and weight penalties are worth considering. I'm totally unqualified to suggest telemark equipment, but I would not recommend the 191, but I would highly recommend the 179 PMGear soft Bro as a lighter ski, slightly wider with less shape, but great turn potential. Toss up on the 177 vs 184. Consider your turn shape and speed. Either ski will support your weight and give you more float than traditional T-skis.
