I actually have Axial2 Ti 120's on a pair of Karmas.
But I'm thinking seriously about getting some Sick Birds to mount with alpine bindings. Since the SB is made from the same mold as the Scratch, I looked up the Scratch bindings. Noticed that they are about $30 cheaper than Axial2's, but wondered why and how they differed.
I personally would think that a jib/park oriented binding would need to be a little beefier (not necessarily heavier, mind you) and thus would be more expensive. Then again, maybe they expect them to get blown quickly and thus they're cheaper so kids can afford 2 pairs over the season?
