Buying New Skis, Need Advice

Hey everyone, first time poster here. Let's get straight down to the facts:

I am an 18 year old male, 5' 11", ~160lbs.

I am a fairly advanced skier (I would say 7-8), although I fear my skiing ability has declined over the years. The reason for this is because for the past four years (yes that's a lot of time) I have been using snowblades. Over this period of time, I would still ski regularly, but I am afraid the snowblades might have affected my skill as a skier, since they did seem much easier to use and more laid-back.

I enjoy skiing fresh powder, but sadly the conditions where I live (Quebec, Eastern Canada) allow mostly packed snow. I like to carve, but I also enjoy either bombing down a hill or skiing very aggressively down a hill.

As I mentioned previously, I live in Quebec, and have bought a season pass to Mont Tremblant, so I will be skiing there most of the time. I enjoy skiing anywhere really, my friends and I frequent all aspects of the hill really.

As for any experience I've had with skis, well, I haven't really had any serious experience with any. I started to ski regularly when I got my snowblades, so I've never really owned any quality skis in the past (the ones I had as a kid were some pink ones, then I moved on to some random Atomics I think).

So to sum it all up, I'm looking for an all-mountain ski that will work with my conditions. I recently went to some sports stores and asked some knowledgeable friends, and they recommended:

Head Monster
Salomon XWING
Volkl Supersport
Volkl AC1/AC2
Atomic Metron

I don't quite remember the model numbers for most of them, but those are pretty much the brands I have to choose from. I will be buying my skis locally, so please limit any suggestions to the skis I mentioned (although alternatives and other suggestions would also be appreciated).

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and hopefully you can help me choose the right ski. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.

For on-piste consider the following:
Atomic SX12 or SX11
Salomon Equipe SC (short turns) and Salomon Equipe GC (long turns)
Fischer WC (SC or RC) and RX8 or RX9
Rossi VS Oversize
Volkl Allstar

I skied on the Heads last year a few times and absolutely loved 'em. 6', 180, expert here.
