Anyone know a company that makes a helmet bigger than 62cm?

Thanks.

Try Boeri, XXXL (3XL) or 4XL

I'd also check Pro-Tech's, I believe they come in rather large sizes as well.

I am looking for big size helmet too. So far found Boeri ( FS and Vibe models ) and Leedom ( Scream). None is available in local stores and I am concern about buying without trying 'em first.

Does any make a custom fit? When I put on my 62cm Marker race helmet,
there's a lot of room in the top of the head, but little room in the front by my forehead.

leedom

Giro helmets seem to run big. Look for an XL or XXL and give it a shot.

Walk from ski shop to ski shop and ask them if they have any helmet in "bubba size". If you are in the east you might want to try "pumpkin head size" as they might not be familiar with the term "bubba".

Worked for me.

I have a really large noggin, and have tried on all kinds of helmets. When I tried them on, the XXL Leedoms and Boeris fit, but were snug and uncomfortable. Plus they were kinda heavy. The best fit/size/weight lids I found were the XXL Giro nine.9 and Fuse, with the Fuse being a little too big.

Oh, and if I buy a fitted baseball cap I look for at least a 7 3/4.

If you're like me, size /= comfort or fit.

Because I didn't know what I was looking for, I bought a XXL Bieri Myto (I think) online from 8 years or so back without fitting. Luckily, it fits me really well and it has done well for me. Since then, I have been looking for something that provides better venting for the warmer days. I have found nothing that comes close in fit. I really like the Talon but their XXL still squeezes my brain a bit too much. I wish they have a XXXL in that model.

I'm a 63cm and I have the largest Giro Fuse I could see in the shop (XXL?)which fits nicely. It changed my mind about helmets completely - it's warm, light and I don't notice I'm wearing it.
