Binding stuff

Hi, I am a racer and always have to crank my DINs up. The one thing I've always wondered though is what happens to the other adjustments. I've heard people talk about forward pressure and other things that shops do to bindings. The shop usually sets it at about a 7 for me and I usually put it up to 9.5. The shop won't put it up that high for me (they say there are legal problems with doing that). Am I at any risk since I'm only adjusting the DIN? Thanks.

Forward pressure should be fine. Marker was the only one that had the FP related to the DIN, but I don't think the new ones are that way.
