Now that the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics are over, who is considering making plans to ski Utah in the future? :

There has been talk on the Fernie post about the Bears hitting Utah next year, and now that I've heard they have Guinness, I think I might be there!

I'm headed to SLC on 3/13. Coming out for a little skiing and the Novell Brainshare seminar.

I have a mate that has beed working in Deer Valley for the last 4 - 5 winters and has been raving about the place back home in NZ.

Have decided to take up his offer of free accom for a bit next winter, the place looks awesome.

We'll be there for Easter 3/31 - 4/6.

As I slide down New England "hardpack" I just keep telling myself, a few more weeks, a few more weeks.

Unfortunately Zorro, Utah requires that the Guinness be watered down. The horror!!!!!!

I'm hoping to get one more trip to SLC before the spring thaw.

You can buy Guinness at full strength in Utah Liquor Stores, and those are pretty easy to find, theres one store per 48,000 of us! However in a bar (private club in Utah speak) if it comes out of the tap, its 3.2%, if in a bottle, imports are usually full strengh.

I'll be skiing the Little Cottonwood resorts throughout the end of the season, per usual!

No Utah this year. Heading to Kicking Horse and then to Fernie the last week of March. Hoping for some late season dumps. March is a great snow month.....

Obviously, here, now. PCMR was great today. No crowds anywhere. Other than first load at Payday in the morning only road lifts with folks skiing with me. Looking at DV likely Wednesday. Will try to figure out how to say hi.

I'll be there in March as well on the 16th for 7 days. However, I won't make it over to the lan of green jackets at DV since I switched over to snowboarding several years ago. Too bad to cause I always liked the place. That's $240 + food + "stuff" that DV loses out by my family (2 baorders, 2 skiers) not being able to go together. :

Arnie,
Some people told some other people who told me that "American Bush" (2630 S 300 W) may have what you're looking for. Expensive, but worth every darn bloody red cent, from what I hear.

Can anyone recommend some good strip joints in SLC? I vould love to check out some Mormon T&A.

American bush is good, and totaly nude, but,,,,,,, NO ALCHOAL. That's Utaw for you.
In men's clubs where they serve you favoret poison, the ladies have to wear g-strings and pasties.
The Millon Dollor in So. Salt Lake City, is good, as is Southern Exposer in Murry.
