Welcome to Epic! Good article. This info is very important:
Work large muscle groups first - the quadriceps, hamstrings, abdominals, chest and back. Then move onto smaller muscle groups; triceps, biceps, obliques and calf muscles.
Always start with abdominal exercises; people often leave this to the end and then “run out of time.”
You don't know how many people I see doing a killer tricep workout, then proceed to do sets of overhead presses!

abdominal exercises are kind of over-rated... if you do core exercises like Squats, Dead-lifts, and Leg presses, Your abs will get strong enough. I'm not saying that you should NEVER do abs, but alot of people focus on them TOO much..
