Help:Rossi axial 2 120 bindings

Thread Starter
I have just purchased a used pair of Rossi B2 skis with axial 2 120 bindings.
I cannot figure out how to adjust the heel piece for my boot size. I have decided not to pry, twist, etc. for fear of breaking something. I know this is sort of a lame request for assistance. I can almost always figure this kind of thing out, but in this case, I am totally fooled. I would appreciate any help you can give me. :

Thanks,

David K.

Forward preasure is adjusted by a tab on the back of the heel plate. lift it with a flat head screwdriver and slide.
