popped open a bottle of Weyerbacher 15 that has been aging an additional year in my basement. Smoke barrel aged porter. Not overly smoked, low carbonation due to the aging. Pours a super dark color. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla notes with some slight bitterness with the smoke. The alcohol is deceptively masked. This is a slow drinking porter for sure. Drink it a just below room temperature (50's) for full flavor (which all beers should be drunk at IMHO). I actually drank this over 1.5 hours yesterday while watching a Indiana Jones Movie.
