Some posters alluded to getting wet from condensation, especially on the lifts. I use Hot buns when it rains or snows, and the neoprene insulates me well enough that I don't have a problem with condensation on lifts. The other weak spot of some pants is the fly. Some Waterproof breathable stuff doesn't come with a fly, and that keeps water from pooling in your lap and penetrating the pants on the lift. I wear polypropylene under layers, and if there is any moisture which does get through it doesn't seem to be a problem. I haven't had such good luck with gloves, but I have found that mittens last longer than gloves in the rain, and if I bring three pairs, it ususally holds me for any rainy day.
