Give him bad feedback. But be prepared to receive the same in retaliation. I just bought some Rollerblades from some dude in Jersey. Advertised "great condition!!" - they arrived. Not great. Not even good.
: Even after I had emailed him prior to bidding and asked him very specific questions to which he replied they were "like new". So I emailed him when I got them, and he basically said that our opinions were different, and too bad.
: I told him I'd still leave him good feedback, but in the future, he should take better pics, be more accurate, and be more honest. Left him good feedback, but said his description was questionable, and then he proceede to leave me negative feedback!!!
: I had 100% POSITIVE feedback (100 transactions as well...), and this DICK screws it up.
: Yeah, I'm bitter.
: (Detecting a theme here yet?) His feedback showed that he has occasional "lapses of honesty" from time to time. Should have known better. Oh well...
On a better note -- I just got some Rossi Zenith Z9's(176 cm) off eBay from a GREAT seller. They were used, but in very good (8/10) condition. $195!! Can't beat that with a stick! He packed them awesome, and shipped the USPS Priority. They made it from NorCal to Minnesota in 2 days. $30 shipping. Wow...
