As for the data, I think its a good discussion to update for our members, especially with the trends toward vegetarianism, lactose intolerance, glutard-ism........

I find that most resorts have a better Vegetarian selection these days but not as much if you're gluten free and vegetarian.  Same goes for Lactose intolerance.  

I think the Zephyr Lodge at Northstar is a little easier for a vegetarian than the Big Springs Lodge.  Wildflour deli at Squaw is much better for a vegetarian than most of the other options at Squaw.

Ski resorts have alway catered to the vegetarian  with one of the staples of all inexpensive err free veggie meals..the catsup package and saltine cracker combo.
