When are snowboard boots going to get up to speed? I've been waiting for boots that have developed a tightening system that offers ease and control, yet offers microadjustments and comfort. Laces do not cut it. The Boa system is coming along and I know that Burton has their system, but it still seems to have too many laces, pull cords, not enough cables, etc. I personally think some sort of modified buckling system would be a great improvement and success. I almost bought a pair of K2 T1's or Proof's last year, but I still don't like the laces. I think a double Boa system might have some potential, but I'm not sold on the Boa system cables. I'm looking for boot with lots of support that I can easily tighten with softboot comfort. Too much to ask? Thanks for your thoughts.
