How funny is that?

What are you doing today?

I am enjoying a serene afternoon cleaning a pair of Volkl Zebras with Marker Rotomat FD heels/Simplex toes which I found at a garage sale.
They have a spot reserved in my "Museum" room.

Tomorrow finds me on the train to the city again, dreaming of my upcoming Winter Holiday teaching in The Alps.

I have been in Canada for 3 months and just returned home to enjoy the Holiday and prepare for the upcoming ski season.

I loved those Rotomats and bought some after they were discontinued til I couldn't use them safely anymore and went to the Spademan.

Today I am working with pick and shovel making trenches for a new sprinkler system in my rocky and unfinished back yard. So Labor Day is truely labor day.

In view of the e-mails I've been getting and sending, there are a lot of electric cooperative lawyers and management working today - as am I. Checking out this web site is respite.

Garry, are you using any kind of plans for your system? I am going to put in a system this fall and at this point know nothing about it.

I used a rototiller and got it pretty close . i was gonna rent one of those and even went to check them out but I just felt I could do it without one. In retrospection I should have just gone for it and saved my self some pretty hard work in 90 plus degree weather. But i'm a manly man and we just go out there and do what needs to be done. Dumba$$ I am sometimes with my stubbornness

My neighbor schooled me. If you really want to know I can probably help you with some advice .It isn't all that hard and has some rules you need to follow as far as keeping your water pressure equal . It is not all that hard and you can do it yourself. Buying good quality sprinkler heads is very important.
You can get advice from homedepot in their sprinkler self help books as far as laying out your system and planning your quadrants . It is located in the sprinkler head section. . I can share what I have found out if you want to pm me and I can explain some of it to get you started
