The Neox won't fit the hole pattern on the R:11, it came out a year or two later. I believe the Centrino is the rental binding(Correct hole pattern for the R:11 though). The other 3 are the same binding but with different color designed for the general color of the skis.
CR (Red) was the Carve line, C:?? series.
SX (Green) was for the Supercross line, SX:?? series.
Not sure on the binding designation for the Ride line, R:?? series but the color was orange.
The Xentrix was their general sale (pre 03-04 ?) and Race series binding (yellow and red).
They change the name each year but the construction has been the same until 04-05 when the Neox was introduced. The only change prior to 04-05was the AFD became disks instead of a sliding pad in the 03-04 season.
Depending on the model the 310, 412, and 614 have the same housing with a different DIN range, the 1018 has a metal housing. They are great on packed/groomed snow but can be finiky with snow on the boot.
There isn't too much of an option on bindings you are more or less forced to used an atomic binding on those skis, there are some ways around that though.
