Good one, 618. I like the simple silhoutte. Of all the ski designs I've tried to think up, I think you did good. Is that your first ink job? you said it hurt. If so, let there begin the desire for more.

I have one planned as well.....I will post when I get it....I am shooting for this year, maybe next. Don't want to share the idea at this time.

Next time, I recommend considering a nice tee shirt instead.

A t-shirt? it'll rip, get dirty and tossed in the garbage after a few years. Tattoos are one of the things in my life that remind me that the past is in fact real and those ideas I had really did exist. Before I continue, were you being sarcastic? Do you have any tattoos? I completely understand why many don't like tattoos. however, those who have them, rarely stop at one. Tatoos grow in personal meaning and are much deeper to the owner than perceivers tend to believe. Most people who don't like or want tatoos don't want them because they will never go away. those who have them get them because they will never leave.

Yes I was being sarcastic. Mostly.
And no, I will never get a tattoo myself - I'm a rebel.

Although if I was to ever change my mind, I'll admit that one like 618 has would be at the top of my list. It's pretty cool as tattoos go.

But IMO, there are too many hideous tattoos on folks these days. A 16 year old kid that goes to my son's school has got his last name tattooed in huge letters across his entire back and it looks appalling. His parents probably ought to be thrown in jail.

But 618, your's is cool IMO. Me, I still prefer a nice VOLKL or TGR tee shirt or one from my latest adventure. When it gets old I can still buff a nice shine on my car. Try doing that with your hairy tattooed leg.

Is that a challenge?

Yes, my navy blue VOLKL tee shirt, circa 1997 vs. your tattooed leg. First to bring back that new car shine on my 2000 Ford Exploder is the winner.

If your leg beats my old ripped tee shirt then I too will get myself a tattoo - thats a promise! I will even let you choose the wax (but not the tat)!

Now thats a damn right challenge right there!

I've been thinking about getting a calf band tattoo of the Wasatch Front wrapping around my entire leg. But, calf bands are so 2003. Plus, I'm a giant wuss.
