I have had FitSkiing for a year and just decided to really give it a try. I'll be starting the program after I complete the program I'm in the middle of now.

It seems like a really thorough and well designed program and the book is excellent with great 2 page spreads of all the exercises, everything from traditional weight lifting to ski specific things on a bosu ball, fit balls, plyometrics and other things.

Anyone else know and possibly ever use this book? It's a 12 week program so starting by September would be best.

Also any opinions on the use of Creatine?
