There are some other full time coaching jobs posted there also. Program Director job is full time, the other coaching jobs are weekend only or weekends plus a couple evenings a week.

Stevens Pass ski area is located in the cascade Mountains NorthEast of Seattle. A typical ski season runs from Early December to Mid April. Club website is

SPAC Program Director and Coaching positions available for 2006-2007 seasons
Stevens Pass Alpine Club (SPAC) is one of the fastest growing and premier ski racing clubs within PNSA with over 100 athletes. We have a diverse all mountain and race program that has developed great skiers and medallists over the years from Buddy Werner up through the US Ski team. We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Junior (J1 – J3) and Mitey Mite (J4 – J7) programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading and directing the program, driving a philosophy and direction consistent with SPAC’s mission statement, hiring, developing and retaining a great coaching staff, establishing training and competition schedules for all levels of athletes (including FIS), directing the individual athlete as well as the team in goal setting, planning and accountability, cultivating our great relationship with Stevens Pass (host mountain); working with the Board of Directors on yearly budgets, club strategy and general communications. Requires five or more years coaching experience, excellent leadership qualities, effective communication skills and a strong working relationship with USSA and PNSA.
