Actually, the former SnoBJ was famous (or infamous) for having a signature line with a lyric attributed to the Steve Miller Band, with "Steve" misspelled.

Oh...and the last part of her name too. As I recall she feigned ignorance on that...never quite sure if I believed that one or not.

Wow! I thought it wasn't that common of a name, I guess I was wrong. I fell in love with the name along time ago.

My older girl's name is Rowann.

OH by the way, For all of those who gave me help in teaching my older daughter to ski..
THANK YOU ALL! Rowann is sking in the small hill in frount of our house, its a little rough but she likes mommy pulling her aound the yard.

If you see a typo, you try to type with a wiggling 7month old in your lap.

Great to have you back.

But what about the skiing. Have you been able to go yet?

Welcome Home Becca and congrats!

Hey Becca,

Good to hear everything is fine (despite the crashing computer). Did you ever buy a new car (or SUV) or not? Apparently, Saturn waited until the Olympics to start promoting their "Vue" though I'm not sure when it actually hit the market.

: I have Skied ONCE
I know Ed its sad sad sad :

Nope we didn't buy a new SUV or anything yet, lets just say with baby and everything else a new car wasn't important. We are going to be looking this spring, since everything else is falling into place.

Welcome back Becca!
Don't worry, I know that it is hard right now but get some spring turns in. The weather will be warmer and the baby will enjoy the time in the mountains.

Its never to late in the season.

Warmest welcome back, SnO--and congratulations!

Lisakaz--off the subject, but I think the official unveiling of Saturn's VUE was last summer in Breckenridge. Saturn sponsors a cycling team, and they sponsored the "Saturn Classic"--a brutal 140 or so mile race from Boulder, Colorado to Breckenridge, over SEVEN mountain passes, some of them rutted out dirt roads, including the epic Guanella Pass above Georgetown. At the finish, in Breckenridge, they had a VUE on display, and they were making a big deal about its grand introduction. Jonathan Vaughters of Tour de France fame won the race, and drove off with the VUE!

It is somewhat larger, by-the-way, than that little thing chasing around rabbits and ants in the ads during the Olympics!

Best regards,
Bob Barnes
