Uh, sure. This looks like something for the modern skier....of the early 60s. Anyone else see safety (ahrlberg) straps and leather boots here? Not quite stone age, there appears to be a B&S engine and steel edges.



edit: Oh wait, Jstraw, you're from Kansas! I figured you guys would just hook a rope on a tractor and go "Cat Skiing" by the river.

Those are Flexons.

It does look like a good way to loose a limb.

I am very interested---I wonder if this is for real? I have dreams of a terrain park in my neighborhood.

These are nothing new. This one was being sold in the late 1930s.

i think these are the same as the 30's because its Russian technology(nashacanada is a site for Russian canadians).

There was an article in the Summit Daily a few days ago about it. Sounded pretty nifty.
