I would like to ask you a question on bootboards. Did you guys ski your boot without the bootboard? I read somewhere that WC racers don't use bootboards. I know that they are made of plastic. SOme have a cork layer and some have a material which absorbes vibrations. I can ski without my bootboard. It is not painful for me.

I would like to ask you this: do you guys think that w/o the bootboard, the boot will be more sensitive? Theoretically, i will have increased snow feel. Any opinions?

Again, i can ski without my bootboard. The boot is very tight fitting so the fit it is not a problem. I am intrigued by the idea of increased snow feel.
The boot will probably be colder, though...I also know that without the bootboard, the internal ramp angle will be different, but this is not what i'm interested in right now. I will change the binding ramp angle if i have to.

Thank you bears!
