Thanks to everyone who responded. Here is the list:

Again, I needed first and last names along with a resort where you were definitely planning to be working at in the next few years, so please don't be offended if I left you out. Thanks again!

Others may explain the technical stuff better... but Roger is the master at getting you to SKI... gentle, subtle, never rude like some arrogant instructor types that THINK they are god's gift to skiing and ski instruction - Roger is ALWAYS a gentleman and a GENTLE man. Probably the instructor I trust the most
I've come into this thread a little too late, I know, but I'd like to second disski's comments. Roger has been my area supervisor on a number of occasions and has recently taken me on a few training runs. His manner and teaching style is very effective.

Well, tell him that he has just achieved a bit of fame!

LM - I think he sort of knows... I might have let slip....

He should be used to it as I keep sending people to ski with him telling them he is awesome....

If you go to Whistler you should definitely ski with him - he is fun and very understanding....

Cute too... you should have seen the drools on the Falls Creek girls after they returned from Thredbo... they kept telling me they had met my instructor and making gooey eyes and asking how much I skied with him.....
