New Rossi Axial 120 vs old Axial 120

Did a search and didn't find much comparing these bindings. Footloose thinks the new binding is an improvement, some do not. Pretty good deal on the Rossignol Axial2 120 Ti Pro ($100) vs Rossignol Axial 120 T-Plate S Ski Bindings - '04 ($150). Have bought 2004 Bandit B1 for bumps and will probably buy a 2006 B3 for crud/powder. I really don't know much about the differences in the design/physics. Any thoughts/experiences?
