I'm breaking down here. I have two questions.

The first is where do you typically ski - I see from your profile you're in SLC and I gather from your handle you problably don't ski deer valley. However, it seems you may prefer a martini to a hefeweizen, so maybe I'm wrong. My wife won't drive with me to Alta if I have a TW cd paying so maybe we should car pool this season.

My second question is dance related. What do you dance to "chocolate jesus"

Since I am cheap, I go to Alta.

"Well I don't go to church on Sunday, I don't get on my knees to pray...."

The wife won't listen? "Hope you haven't put her picture in a frame....

I dance real slow with Ida Jane....

Well I hung on to Mary's stump
I danced with a soldiers glee
with a rum soaked crook
and a big fat laugh.....

well you know you should surrender
but you can't let go
you gotta come on up to the house.

Down by the riverside motel,
it's 10 below and falling
by a 99 cent store she closed her eyes
and started swaying
but it's so hard to dance that way
when it's cold and theres no music"

I dance to them all

What price freedom
dirt is my rug
well I sleep like a baby
with the snakes and the bugs

I figured it was Alta. Harpo is a big Waits fan also and we're up at Alta every week. We'll have to get together for a few runs.

Are you the Tele guy that I met with Harpo last year?

Yes Dchan that's me.

I'm sorry your ski experience with me consisted of standing in the middle of a run while I tried to figure out how to put my ski back on. Turns out I broke the binding and really did'nt get it fixed all day. That was not a good run to break a binding on.

Drop us a line if you return to Alta this season. We'll bring you some fine Utah wine. A subtle blend of anything that grows mixed with water from the Great Salt Lake - filtered over sandstone from Moab to remove any alchohol and give it a grainy texture. Overtones of beef jerky.

I wish I could say for sure I was going to make it to Alta this year. I wish we would learn to be like the Europeans as far as work is concerned. More vacation time ! oh well. We'll see how it goes.
It's ok about the waiting around. I had a blast with the few runs we got. By the end of the week (constant dumps of new snow) I got a chance to ski regal chute and Alf's high rustler several times and got many more days of thigh deep powder when I was there.<FONT size="1">
