From what I understand, they're a little softer than the 9.12 in addition to having a little larger radius. I think it was designed as a hypercarver to appeal to intermediates who really like the race look, but not the race feel. Still, I'd imagine it is a pretty fun ski. From what I've heard, it got pretty decent reviews from Ski Canada.
Hope that helps. For the price that they're selling for on eBay, it would be worth a look. However, if you're looking for a good slalom race ski, I'd probably look elsewhere. I just picked up a pair of 160cm K2 race stock Mach S slaloms for around $175 on eBay to see how they skied, and I've seen similar deals from time to time.
