Next, I could hold any line out west that I came across, especially Mary Jane with the awesomely fun snow conditions. Then I moved back east and ended up on some icy moguls in PA. I could not hold the line, which was humiliating given my west-east bias, and my self-acclaimed expert status. I declared that there must have been a thaw-freeze cycle that made those moguls unskiable. Then I saw some folks tearing it up. I asked them for advice, and within 15 minutes I was holding the line, and there went the last vestige of carving in my style on well formed bumps …..
Hopefully you won't mind sharing - what exactly was the advice you were given?
