The SLR WC is going to own the atomic in every way possible accept for forgivemess, and ease of making turns. The SLR is possibly the stiffest race stock slalom ski out there (accept for maybe the new rossi 9s). Nordica does not cut any corners with their race stock line and if you can handle their performance and actually bend the ski are also possibly the best and fastest slalom skis out there right now. The problem is that it is race that you find a skier who can actually bend these things. Their GSR is actually even more demanding as far as GS skis go - one of my team mates is racing on it this year, so it should be interesting to see how he handles it... or if it handles him. If you are a very strong skier i would mke the switch. If you still like to be able to take it easy once in awhile, i would keep the Atomic, because it wil just be an easier ski to ski, as it is much softer. The Nordica will have a more explosive and powerful feel out fo the turns, and will have you constantly catching up to it. I would love to ski/race on the nordica, but i do not know if i would chose it as my every day ski (right now i ski on a retail model Elan SLX in a 154 as my free ski for groomed stuff). Oh and, dont even think about turning the Nordica in soft snow... it likes ice... only.
