Back on Thread in the previous post on this topic, you might try Pete Amos at Keystone. He was my instructor at Copper last winter and is an excellent Level III Examiner Instructor.

Last year he was elevated to apprentice examiner (from Instructor Training Course Examiner-i.e., he did Level 1 training and exams)-don't know when he'll be moved up to full examiner, probably not long.
