In any case, I disagree with you completely. Angulation is absolutely neccessary to maximize edge power. If you haven't read Lemaster yet, get it on Amazon for $10 and read it then get back to me.

That's simply not true.
you can read all the lemaster books you like, and even quote them, here,
but any alpine snowboarder will tell you how ludicrous that statement is.
read all the books you like, but i can carve beautiful turns on my board with no angulation. it's a simple combination of centrifugal force and sidecut.
trust me, dm, that's not how I ride, but I can, as can most any alpine snowboarder... it's just a eurocarve.
