We are about a week past any Bode Miller bashing being funny. I will laugh at a Bode Miller joke only if it is told by someone with an Alpine Olympic Medal or someone who finished higher than Bode Miller in the Olympics. So short of those 75-100 people - you all can go fark your self - these jokes are no longer funny.

Last I checked Bode is still going to ski for free on free gear at damn near illegal speed on private runs at the worlds top mountains. When he gets done, he is going to shag 3 or 4 hot 20 somethings in his RV and then get up in the morning and do it all again. Yea, Bode really f'd up at the olympics didn't he.... Sign me up for f'ing up if that's what happens.

Babe Ruth proved he could party till all hours of the night, and still get up in the morning with blurry eyes and hit the ball a mile. Bode's not so good at it yet,,,, has a hard time getting to the race on time, then runs into gates and such. But he's a fierce competitor, I'm sure he'll dedicate himself to training and becoming among the best in the world at it.

I just love watching gifted athletes set new standards of performance. You go, Bode.

Yep. Go Bode.

Will become among the best in the world?! he already is The Best In the World. He won the World Cup! He got that over a whole season, race after race after race. That is the big prize, THAT is the measure of the great skiier. Not a few races at the olympics.
But I have to say that montage had me giggling like a drain. Cruel, unfair, unwarranted, but very funny. Ah, the Internet.

No, Ant, best in the world at being able to party before athletic competition and still perform. He has some big shoes to fill if he want's to be included in the list of those considered the all time greats. Ruth has to be considered the king. John Daly is highly respected too. I'm sure others here can help me think of more members of this elite club.

But I have every confidence in the world that Bode will be a trail blazer in the area of post party performing, just like he was with sidecuts, and will surpass the accomplishments of the inebriated athletic gods that walked before him. He'll once and for all put a nail in the coffin of the misguided intellectual babble like the following that has led the athletic world astray for way too long now.

Such dribble. You go Bode. Open the eyes of our kids across the land. Show them the true road to success and happiness.

Drunk as a Wheelbarrow?!

Rick, that information is old and inacurate. Enhanced performance and tolerance are alcholic indicators. Alchol acts as a stimulant first then acts as a depressant. Bode could be.

er .... Paul Joness ..

Check yer' spellins there doctor. You are confirming the CN depressant part quite well.

... en-hansed .... en-less yer' eneberiated

LOL!!! I am sure if Bode trains really hard he can aspire to be the best in the world at getting to races on time and running into gates
